Max Verstappen looks ahead to the F1 Grand Prix of Spain after his victory in Miami. Verstappen managed to keep Charles Leclerc behind him in the final phase of the race and to pull the race to him.
The Spanish GP at the Catalunya circuit near Barcelona brings back fond memories of May 15, 2016 when the current Formula 1 world champion not only became the youngest Grand Prix winner ever, but also the very first Dutchman to do so.
F1 Grand Prix of Miami: Max Verstappen to victory in a masterly way

Max says: “We had an incredible week in Miami. After that I had some time to rest with my family and now I am looking forward to riding in Barcelona again. I have many fond memories of the track where I won my first Formula 1 race, in 2016, when I was eighteen.”
Max continues: “Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya is a circuit that we all know very well as a team because of the many tests we have done there over the years, so unlike Miami we have a significant amount of data that we can use for the can use racing. Hopefully we can maintain the momentum of the last few races with a smooth start from Friday.”
